I’ve just finished watching the much awaited episode 8 7 a few minutes ago.
In a nutshell, Xin Yi and her very pregnant older sister, Feng Jiao, are taken by Steven Zhou, the man Ji Cun Xi refused to sell Jiang Mu Island to because it would just become a dumping place for mercury. Cun Xi with Xin Yi’s brother-in-law, Wu Qi Qi, come to their rescue, but instead receives a beating from Steven Zhou. Fortunately, Cun Xi devises a plan that knocks Zhou out. When all seems to be all right, Feng Jiao’s water breaks and has to deliver the baby then and there. Due to reading all of Doctor Hao’s books, Cun Xi was able to deliver the baby successfully.
In this episode, Cun Xi’s “Inheritance” soap is also saved with the help of Xin Yi. The two later go baby-stuff shopping, but the mood gets killed when Cun Xi refers to Anna as being the “mother” when the baby is born. In the next episode Anna is in Hong Kong and it’s both Cun Xi and Xin Yi’s birthday.

the episode in which you talk about is actually episode 7 not 8, in episode 8 Cun Xi and Xin Yi are supposed to celebrate together but don’t because Cun Xi finds out that Anna is in Hong Kong, and ends up hurting Xin Yi’s feelings because he thinks that Anna is the one doing the chicken dance for him in the chicken suit but it’s actually Xin Yi….

omg…….so you are saying that it’s actually Xin Yi…..the one doing the chicken dance. OMFG……..Cun Xi is so stupid too realize that Anna will never be there for him and that how much Xin Yi likes Cun Xi.
